Before you redeem a Crave promo code, review the eligibility requirements to make sure you qualify for the promotion.
I already have a Crave account
This applies whether or not you currently have an active subscription.
- Go to crave.ca/redeem.
- Enter your promo code and follow the steps to sign in to your account.
I’m new to Crave
- Go to crave.ca/redeem.
- Enter your promo code and follow the steps to create your account and subscribe.
My promo code isn’t working. What can I do?
If your promo code fails to apply the special offer, try the following:
- Check the eligibility requirements and expiry date. Codes can’t be redeemed after their expiry date.
- Double-check that the code is entered correctly. Codes contain a mix of numbers and letters, so be careful not to confuse similar characters such as the letter O and the number 0, or the number 1 and the letter I. If you copied the code, make sure no extra spaces were included.
- Confirm the code hasn’t already been used. Promo codes are single-use and can’t be redeemed again.
- Make sure your web browser is up to date, or try an alternate browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
- Check whether you’re already on a special offer. Offers can’t be combined, so an additional promo code can’t be applied to your account.
Some special offers are valid for customers who previously had a Crave account. To redeem one of these, sign in and add the promo code under Subscriptions in Manage Account.
