The Bell Media Account has replaced individual brand accounts (e.g., Crave, CTV, TSN) providing a single, unified account for all brands.
Whether you have a Crave subscription or would like to watch free content, select the appropriate option below and follow the steps for your device type to sign in to Crave.
If you subscribe directly through Crave, or are signing in with a free account
On a computer or web browser (crave.ca)
- Select Sign In at the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your account email address and select Continue.
- If there’s an account with that email address, you’ll be prompted to enter your password.
- After entering your password, select Continue.
The page will refresh, and you can now start enjoying Crave.
On a TV or TV streaming device (e.g. Fire TV Stick)
Launch the Crave app, select Sign In, then Sign in Through Crave. Choose one of the options below.
Option 1: Using your mobile phone (recommended) or tablet
- Scan the QR code, or go to the URL presented on the screen.
- Enter your account email address and tap Continue.
- If there’s an account with that email address, you’ll be prompted to enter your password.
- After entering your password, tap Continue.
- If you scanned the QR code, the short code on your TV screen will automatically appear on your phone and your browser will refresh.
- If you manually entered the URL, you’ll be prompted to enter the short code displayed on your TV screen.
Your TV screen should refresh automatically within a few seconds, and you can now start enjoying Crave.
Option 2: Using your TV remote
- Select Use Remote at the top of the screen.
- Enter your account email address and select Continue.
- If there’s an account with that email address, you’ll be prompted to enter your password.
- After entering your password, select Continue.
You can now start enjoying Crave.
On a mobile phone or tablet
- Select Sign In in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your account email address and select Continue.
- If there’s an account with that email address, you’ll be prompted to enter your password.
- After entering your password, select Continue.
You can now start enjoying Crave.
If you subscribe through an in-app purchase partner (Apple, Google, Roku)
On a computer or web browser (crave.ca)
- Select Sign In in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your account email address and select Continue.
- If there’s an account with that email address, you’ll be prompted to enter your password.
- After entering your password, select Continue.
You can now start enjoying Crave.
On a TV or TV streaming device (e.g. Fire TV Stick)
Launch the Crave app, select Sign In, then Sign in Through Crave. Choose one of the options below.

If you subscribe through a TV service provider (e.g. Bell TV, Rogers, Telus)
On a computer or web browser (crave.ca)
- Select Sign In at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Sign in Through TV Provider.
- Select the logo of your TV provider.
- Sign in to your TV provider’s site using your TV provider account credentials.
The browser window will refresh once your TV provider has verified your Crave subscription, and you can now start enjoying Crave.
On a TV or TV streaming device (e.g. Fire TV Stick)
- Launch the Crave app and select Sign In.
- On the next screen, select Sign in Through TV Provider.
- Scan the QR code (recommended) with your mobile phone or tablet, or use another device to go to the URL presented on the screen.
- Select the logo of your TV provider.
- Sign in to your TV provider’s site using your TV provider account credentials.
- If you scanned the QR code, the short code on your TV screen will automatically appear on your phone and your browser will refresh.
- If you manually entered the URL, you’ll be prompted to enter the short code displayed on your TV screen.
Your TV screen should refresh automatically within a few seconds, and you can now start enjoying Crave.
In the Crave app on a mobile phone or tablet
- Launch the Crave app and tap Sign In.
- Tap Sign in Through TV Provider.
- Tap the logo of your TV provider.
- Sign in to your TV provider’s site using your TV provider account credentials.
The app will refresh once your TV provider has verified your Crave subscription, and you can now start enjoying Crave.
If you subscribe through a mobile partner (Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus) or Prime Video
The first time you sign in to Crave with a third-party provider, you’ll need to link your provider account to a new or existing Bell Media account:
- Go to crave.ca in a web browser.
- Select Sign In at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Activate Subscription Through Provider.
- Create an account by entering an email address you have access to. If you already have a Bell Media account (Crave, TSN, RDS, CTV, Noovo), enter the email address associated with it.
- If you’re creating a new account, you’ll be asked to create a password and verify your email address by entering a code sent to that address. If you already have an account with that email address, you’ll be asked to enter your password.
- Select your provider from the list.
- Verify your provider account by following the steps required by your provider.
You can now start enjoying Crave. Once your provider has been linked, follow the steps below to sign in on other devices.
On a computer or web browser (crave.ca)
- Select Sign In at the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your account email address and select Continue.
- If there’s an account with that email address, you’ll be prompted to enter your password.
- After entering your password, select Continue.

If you subscribe through another third-party provider (Bell Streaming, Disney+)
You’ll need to activate your subscription by following the steps outlined by your provider. Once you’ve successfully activated it, follow the steps below to sign in to Crave. Please contact your provider if you’re having trouble activating your subscription.
On a computer or web browser (crave.ca)
- Select Sign In at the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your account email address and select Continue.
- If there’s an account with that email address, you’ll be prompted to enter your password.
- After entering your password, select Continue.
The page will refresh, and you can now start enjoying Crave.
